Physical Therapist

Alexandra earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Baylor University in 2024, a Master’s in Athletic Training from the University of Arkansas in 2016, and a degree in Kinesiology and Sports Psychology from Western Washington University in 2013. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and an EXOS Sports Performance Specialist.

A former collegiate track and field athlete specializing in the 400m and 100m hurdles, Alexandra has always been passionate about human performance. She spent six seasons as an Athletic Trainer in Major League Soccer (DC United, Portland Timbers, Real Salt Lake, Colorado Rapids) and two years working with Air Force Special Operators in Search and Rescue (Pararescue). She is dedicated to making movement accessible, injury-free, and a sustainable part of daily life, using her experience in professional athletics and tactical performance to help people build strength, confidence, and longevity.

An avid runner, weightlifter, mountain climber, and ballroom dancer, Alexandra loves traveling the world, cooking, and wine tasting with her husband, Brian. They share a passion for adventure and even got married on a mountain in the Mount Baker Wilderness.
