A large bulk or our clientele includes those individuals who come to us following surgical procedures such as Rotator Cuff or Labral Repair, Knee and Hip replacement ACL repair, Lumbar discectomy, and a variety of other procedures.

BE Fit is very focused on staying current with various advances in treatment and procedures and we will work extensively with your surgeon to ensure you get the optimal care and rehab. While many of these procedures have a defined protocol every individual is different in the way they respond to surgery and there may be some subtle differences from surgeon to surgeon.

Our goal is to minimize many of the complicating factors post-operatively, provide ongoing education on progressing activities, and helping you return to an active lifestyle.
